I went to Things From Another World yesterday to ask about jobs.  I talked to the clerk for a while and he printed out an application for me and gave me a few tips.  He also mentioned that I was pretty much the only girl he'd ever seen apply.  I'm hoping that will work to my advantage.

I finally saw Coraline last night. It as great. The plot and pace of the movie kept very close to the novella, and it translated very well. And the visuals were entirely gorgeous and engaging.
