And the plot thickens...
So of course, three days after my review bullshit went down, I get a phonecall that alters everything..from Steph.
"Hey Brooke, do you plan on being here for awhile?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, you plan on sticking around the area for awhile, right?"
"Why do you ask, Steph?"
"Well, there's a Sales Leader (CSL) position opening up..and..it's you if you'd like to take it."
...WHAT?!?!?
This is where I am now.
I have grown so sick and tired of this damn company and wrote a whole rant about it. I got really excited about Alaska and was about to sign the offer letter and take the job to get me out of here and go somewhere else where I have more potential to be appreciated (while also getting more to show for it). I'm about ready to say "see ya" and then they drop this on me--the job I've wanted for years now. And they want me to give them a minimum of a year-long committment.
What do I do?
I really wish I could talk to Steve about this..
