So, most people do this look back around New Years, but I am trying it now. If you don'twant to read this, I get it. Its long and probably confusing to everyone else.
Yesterday was Sadie's first birthday. Thats one landmark. On this weekend one year ago, I was in Vermont. It was for a DECa conference but I met EMO Mike, and I do miss him every once in a while. I also miss that snowglobe city and everything in Burlington. During the rest of February, I ordered my class ring, which I still love and we went to see the Lion King at PPAC, AMAZING. We were also practicing for the variety show. At Thanksgiving, it was Sadie and Dylan's first. They were both adorable. That Saturday, I went to my first SLTP REE. It was phenominal, I remeber having sooo much fun. And that was my first and last time at Brian S's house. Yay Turkey cake. In November, we had our theme days, and in Siner's we were building our house in the freezing weather.
Moving into December- SUPERBOWL!!! The game rocked as you all remember, and the company was pretty fantastic as well. We had the variety show, which my friends actually came too. There was also that Saturday with Ben, Ruby and the Year Christmas Almost Wasn't. I also got my first kiss. Not that exciting though. We had a fabulous Christmas with my mom's side. Then we left for Florida on christmas, with one of the stuardesses singing.
WOOOO Flamingo Plunge!!! Which brings me into January 2006. Exams, and Drivers Education classes. Pue entertainment value (JC). Then I turned 16, I think one of the best years. (Happy sweet sulfur) We went to the RISD museum. Staring on the 30th I left the Indirect Object club and became a part of period 4 english, period 3 history.
Into February- I finished DriversEd with the hgihest grade of an 88 and the opportunity to yell at my class after only spending 32 hours with them. They deserved it. Then on the 12th I had my first surprise party!! Vacation came and I talked to Randy more than I talked to anyone else. And I saw 8 below and will always have the memory of my aunt grabbing the guy(that she had never met before) next to her when the lion seal came out. Priceless. Mom and Dad went to Vermont and came home with stories of flies. :)
The best thing about March was the way-back dance. Honestly, no one went and it was awesome. Mike and Erik were there and we all danced pretty much the whole night. The majority of my March was spent at school, making Semi-decorations. Stupid double sided sticky tape!! It was a good experiance, and since planning the semi, Ive been looking into event planning as a career. We spent a weekend in Vermont. You'd be amazed how easily you can amuse yourself in a 7 sided house with about 10 bouncy balls! I lost my comfortable slippers to a sticky mousetrap that weekend, but I saw a beautiful sky that pretty much makes up for it. At the end of March I missed a concert with Spill Canavas and Straylight Run :(.
April then began with a day at the state house. It wasnt as fun as last year because of the camera crews. But then the semi! Oh the semi!! exhausting but completely worth it. That Justin person was kinda odd. Easter was very nice, with Dylan's first brithday aprty. He didnt eat any cake. But then over vacation we had our first open mike night!! So, we had like 12 paying people, an awesome selection of bands, Jill, ERIC BLUME!!, and casey throwing up in the car. Cant forget to add that part. And I finally took off a stupid bracelet Id been wearing since Novemeber.Ed and I went to see Scary Movie 4 and then Ben, Ruby Kayla and I had that entertaining day at Patriot cinemas. I recommend that you all see HOODWINKED!!!and sometime around now, I became addicted to Beautiful People.
In May, I made my confirmation. I laughed my butt off at the senior play, and I had an awesome time at Prom with Erik and Lauren. We had another open mike night, more successful people wise, less music wise, But we loved Zack in a sea star costume. And I still apologize to everyone in the car with me that day.
Then June came. Jill's partys tend to make my year and this was no acception. The exams, then summer. We started our little themed Coffee& Cream nights. We also had our fantastical days at Horseneck...I hate ticks.
July- well CAMP SLTP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think a million exclimation marks is the only way to describe it in such a short time. :) Pirates 2 came out, so we went dressed up as pirates of course. And for some dod reason, almost everyone I knew had their 4th of July celebrations on the 3rd. And there was some other stuff that I wont be forgetting. :)
August we went on our road trip, another one that would take much to long to talk about. But Lum's chocolate chip pancakes are the best!!!I spent time not doing what I was supposed to. School started
September, school continued. So, on the full moon, I went outside and danced in the moonlight and i was sooo happy. Then, it was the 5th anniversary of September 11th. Ad it passed with little notice. The covenant- Hot shirtless guys, need I say more? Janina and I are teaching a ccd class and "Talk to the hand- Well talk to my back" says it all. By the way, we lost homecoming. :) We'll get them next year.
And in this lovely October...I ad my third annulal 11 Days before Halloween Day! And I went trick-or-treating for canned good, entertaining.
And in this final Novemeber, the Halloween sales have been absolutely fabulash.
And that isnt even half of it. Ive gone through all kinds of emotions and met all different types of people and had all different kinds of experiances. But Im sure you didn't even want to read that much.
