Survivor
Finished rereading Chuck Pahliniuk's "Survivor" this morning on the train. I have to say it's genius the way Chuck can tear down the most extreme forms of religion and capitalism as the same time. Even to go as far as portraying religion as capitalism. It touches hard on how both institutions have levels of control operating as such high levels that we may never know how they affect us. And of course it bluntly beats the crap out of the fact that people will believe anything just to feel better about themselves. It'd make an amazing movie :)
