So, this might be my last post I make from my work computer. Pretty much every post I've made in the last 4 months has been form here. We haven't had internet at the house since we moved in. We tried to get COX, but they're a bunch of moronic dicks. We got the notice they were running FiOS in the 'hood, so I cancelled COX and waite for Verizon. Well, it took them four effing months to make it available and we're finally having it installed on July 31st. WWHHEEEEEEEE!!!
We're also getting some TV. That's right, we haven't had TV in four months. And I'll tell ya flat out, I haven't missed it. I love my movie collection and I've even expanded a bit. We've got block-flix and have been going through doezens of moves a month. Stephanie and I spend most of our time walking, cooking, working the yard, or sleeping. And besides, you can get whatever shows you want from blockbuster :) But now having the web, we'll be able to post fun pics of all the shindigs and shows we go to. (SJ pics coming soon)
In other news, we had a dinner party with a few folks over last night. First one in months. I made chili again, and Steph made cornbread, one plain and one with our fresh grown jalepenos. The latter is freakin delicious. Bo and Julie brought over some yummy homemade uzzo (sp). I just had both of those dellicious things for my lunch :) The evening was filled with good food, chatting, some music, and smoke bubbles.
