classes are good blah blah blah.
I'M GRADUATING IN MAY! this is making me extremely excited. (if you didn't know, i've believed for the past year that i'd have to do one more semester after senior year to get in my distribution credits). it turns out all i have to do is get my AP scores from high school sent to wac, and then take three more bio classes next semester.
daniel at work is already telling me about people near baltimore that he knows in aquaculture, and can connect me. he says i should work on a resume and start applying as soon as possible. this is awesome. noel and i can get a sweet place together and actually have real lives. amazing. sooo happy.
on a sadder note, my rat penelope is quickly declining into old age. since my other rat, baby, always dominates and beats her up, i got rid of her today so that penelope could die in peace. (baby was never that great a rat anyway). i gave her to the pet store, and in return i was given a sweet little boy rat. i got a bigger cage for buckley and put the boy rat in the smaller cage. so now i have the same amount of animals and one more cage. but once penelope dies, which i don't think will be too long from now, i'll finally only have one rat. and a bunny. and an oscar.
speaking of the oscar, he got beaten up pretty bad but has made pretty much a full recovery. i put an air stone in the tank and he just plays in the bubbles all the live-long day. it's so damn cute. i wish i could hug fish.
p.s. i ran so hard and long yesterday that i came within seconds of puking. amazing.
