well my shins have been hurting a lot while running - the muscles though, not the bones. i think it was from running on too much asphalt and concrete, so yesterday i did a 30 minute run around a little grass soccer field across from radcliff creek school. the pain went away! i'll stick to the ground for a while.
we watched hostel last night. it was funny the second time around. we cracked up at the eyeball scene.
