Though it’s because the Bahasa Indonesia teacher took a leave earlier...>.Oh cool, it’s included in your curriculum, and yeah it’s interesting to know that some words have the similar/same meaning :D. There are some similarities with Bahasa Melayu too. I’d love to learn Tagalog [this is Philipine’s national language, right?] too :). TINGGAL KENANGAN = JUST A MEMORY, yea it’s a sad song ( ... )

It's really interesting though! And there are some words that are similar in form and spelling but totally different meaning! Well, I can teach you tagalog if you can tutor me with Bahasa Indonesia! SWAP NOTES! <3

Yea! that happened.. he was asking the class about names and stuff. one by one he went to us and asked our names, when he got to my seat he was like, "where do yo live" and I was preparing to say "My name is Octavia" but I did not expect the change of question! LOL! I panicked and totally answered him wrongly! He was like, "THE PLACE IS NAMED AFTER YOU?" And I was like.. "HUH? AH NOOO! I MEAN SAYA TINGGAL DI blah blah blah" LOL
