my damn car
So last night was my last day at energy. It was cool and all, aside from Jorge not being there to say goodbye, and missing Kelly Osborne by about 10 minutes. 10 minutes!!! I wanted to watch some van helsing, oops. I doubt I'll make that mistake again.
What else is there? I trained my replacement last night, so I know there's no hope of me extending my employment at all. So I have roughly 5 weeks until the move; I need to spend $350 on the remainder of my tuition, $200 to fix my laptop, $200+ on replacing Phæth's freeze plugs. And then there's registration for her too, can't forget that; but I'm saving $23 by not getting emissions testing... And then there's also this pair of $60 (super-fucking-cool) angel eyes that would almost fit in her valence panels. I can go measure the holes just when I finish here and then look up the parts online. But yeah, that's particularly unnecessary. Plus, Carly and Andrew won't let me accompany them cross-country unless I do a long-distance test once Phæth is running. So that most likely means Payson, which also most likely means a fuckload of wasted gasoline. On the upper hand though, I will get to see Sharon [from shadow rim last summer], if I call and arrange it first.
