when is it considered flirting?

First of all, "Tuxedo Tom's" friend blew me off. What a great guy. After asking me out to dinner, he just stopped emailing me. Oh well--his loss. My trainer C told me that if I only agreed to it to get Cheesecake Factory for dinner, I should just go myself and order it to go. I have to admit though, that part of me was curious to go out with this guy. I really think it was some kind of game between J & D. D told me there has been some competition between the 2 of them when they go out to the clubs. Guess I'll never know what was going on.

So tonight I worked at the restaurant. There is this cute guy, MB, who flirts with me. Or is it flirting? I don't know. Tonight he took my hand and said "Suzanne, my love." Then every time he saw me throughout the night, he would make up a nickname for me--Susie, Susie-Q, and my favorite, Susie-Cucumber. HA. It was hilarious! This guy is so cute and funny. I don't think he talks to the other girls like that. But, rumor is, he has a girlfriend! Now let me just say, I would NOT be happy if my boyfriend was calling some other girl "my love" whether it was a joke or not. Last time we worked together, I asked MB how old he is. He's 23. Then of course he asked how old I am. I said I am older than that. He guessed 24. Aww, how sweet. :) I was like, um no, I'm 27. And he said "Oh really, well I love older women." I really don't think I have a chance with him, but I have tried to be very flirty back at him anyway. I hope it's working. I showed him the pics of me in the hot pirate costume. Hey, I got a lot of attention with that costume. Speaking of Halloween, the past few days I have seen everyone else's Halloween pictures & I saw some good costumes! I CANNOT wait til next year! I wish there were more opportunities to dress up! I want to have a themed party. It was so easy in college when I was in a sorority and we had theme parties all the time (nevermind that I rarely dressed up for them.)

But I digress. Back to the point of my post. Is it wrong that I considered that flirting?? As much as I love the attention, I find it misleading. If it IS flirting, why is this guy flirting with me so much if he has a girlfriend? Would it bother you if your boyfriend called some other girl "my love"? OK, so I am a bit of a flirt with the guys at the restaurant. Even with the ones I am not interested in at all. So I guess I'm just as bad.

OK, enough about that. Lately I've been trying to think of new & fun activities that I could try. You know, if I ever have a friend or boyfriend to do this stuff with. It's worth a try at least. I started to like miniature golf after we went a few times. And I started watching baseball & found that I loved it! So, you never know...
*Hiking
*Camping (the ONE thing the ex & I had in common was our dislike of camping)
*Darts (I need to give this a second chance)
*Bowling (I need to go & have FUN with it)
*Go Carting (I tried this once in college & hated it. My trainer C said it's ok if I don't like it because it's not that cool. But the ex always wanted to go...)
*Wine tasting
*Rock climbing?? I don't know what else...

There are some fun things I already like to do and just haven't had a chance in awhile, such as volleyball, Beirut, concerts, etc. Hopefully I'll get a chance to do some fun stuff soon.

So, what are my plans for this weekend? Not a damn thing. I lead a very boring life. Last weekend was awesome, this weekend, not so much. I'll probably watch some movies, eat a lot of pizza and go shopping.
