Ok.. flights to Nova Scotia booked for August 7th, car rental booked, a very lovely friend has offered to let us crash at her place, home inspection has been booked for 9;30 Tuesday morning, we are all systems go here. If for some bizarre reason it doesn't pass inspection cancelling the plane tickets will only cost us $150 (technically they don't refund, you apply a credit to later booking and they charge a $75/each change fee)
