Plan A
So the first big job to finish now that the puppy is happy in his new doggy yard is to redo our master ensuite - its little 9ft x 5ft, the big problem was the badly installed shower stall which leaked and thus was molding - we couldn't use it - so it's replacement time.
the little problem is a master bath with a pedestal sink instead of a vanity - zero storage in the bathroom.
the big hold up? making a decision about the tile - we'd found a shower door finally last week but we'd still been held up by the tile.
we finally found the tile last night, so all major decisions have been made - tile cabinetry shower doors
budgets have been worked out - $5750. all in. not bad for the level of work we're doing and it'll be NICE when we're done, but still dearer than I'd hoped - considering we're NOT putting in a big 72" double ended slipper tub, or a Kohler DTV Personal Performance Shower System (but we will pre-plumb it for it, and leave an access panel in my closet, and plan the tiling pattern to accomodate easy removal for installation later)
