Because I don't know when I'm going to get the time, but I wanted to take some right now and wish Cassie, Christine, and Chris all the happiest hugs on your graduation (FINALLY). I'm really sorry I can't be there to celebrate it with you. I hope your graduation day is ten times better and more fun than mine was. I hope it doesn't rain for you tomorrow!! *Chris* I did get your graduation announcements. Congratulations on all those minors!!
If yesterday predicted how this weekend is going to run for me, can I just hide under my bed? This is one holiday weekend I am not looking forward to. Please anyone who reads this...if you're taking your family out to dinner for Mother's Day, remember the servers. They are taking time off from their families to wait on you. Please tip accordingly. That goes for us ToGo people too. ;)
Yeah, I didn't get home last night until 11:30pm. That should tell you how crappy my night was. After that $2300 order, (yep you read that right) I wanted to give up my job. Thank God Phil came up to me at the end of the night and gave me a Gift Card for any Upper Peach St. restaurant. Though, I prolly didn't give him much choice because I was pissed off the rest of the night. It's amazing I got any tips at all after that order. I certainly didn't get any tips from the orders that happened to come out while I was trying to load that huge order. Two vans full of food...one should not order that much food!
Though the upside to all this is I got to meet Heidi's landlady. Possibly my future landlady if things progress. I have to admit after how I was feeling with that huge order, I really didn't want to anyone. But omg! She is a hoot. She had the best attitude which I needed after that order. She reminds me of Rick and his playful nature. She's the same way. I feel kinda bad for her, because there was accidental hair in her salad, and she picked it out and continued on her way eating the salad and didn't bitch about it. How cool is that? Granted she still let the Key know, but wasn't nasty about it. Accidents do happen even in the best of restaurants.
I don't know if anyone has seen the trailer for the new movie coming out in a week called See No Evil. Oi..I see the trailers alot, and thanks to that my dreams have been pretty scary. Stupid horror flick. But basically the psychopath killer tears people's eyes out because they are the windows to the soul. Yeah, actually I wouldn't mind right now if someone ripped out my eyes. They are red, swollen, and itchy. My allergies are something awful. For a week straight before yesterday, my car had a layer of yellow pollen on it. Thank God for the rain yesterday. There's currently rain off to the rest of us, but it's moving pretty slowly. I'd love for it to rain for at least 4 days. That way all that pollen can be gone and washed away. Selfish?
Time to find some food and eat before getting ready for Day 1 of 3 of Hell Weekend. If nothing else but money comes out of this weekend, I'll be quite happy.
