I was there yesterday afternoon.
It was like India or some third world country.

The entire 2nd floor was so crowded that there was standing room only
all the way until the front of the counters.

If you are making a new application,
submit online - it will be a lot faster.
And MUST make an appointment for collection,
else be prepared to wait at least 3 hours!
