...of the Sacred Heart Diet. I thought I had posted my starting weight but I guess not. I weighed 135lbs. when I started this thing. I had gained weight over my Xmas week. Anyway. Today I weighed in at 129.5lbs. That is a 5.5lb. loss. Hot rockets I say. And that is only for the first few days. My only problem is this: I had not been 135 long enough to get it in my head that I actually weighed that much, so when I started this thing I still thought of myself as only being 130. So when I got on the scale this morning I was extremely disappointed. I still am a little...but I just need to keep reminding myself that I started this, not at 130, but at 135, and 5+ pounds lost in 3 days is not too shabby. Imagine how much more I can lose if I just stick with it. Just STICK WITH IT! Only a few more days to go.
Today is banana and milk day. I drink soy milk, and fat-free soy milk is like drinking dirty water, so the soy I am drinking has 4 grams of fat. I decided that because of that, I am only going to have 2 glasses of the milk and only 3 bananas (because the diet says to have at least 3). That way I don't majorly overdo it on calories. I am running out of soup. The diet says to eat as much as you want, but does that mean that you can eat as much as you want until the soup is gone, or that you can make more and continue eating? I love the soup though. It's friggin awesomely yummy.
