So far today I've had:
-1 small banana
-a cup of coffee with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk and maybe 2 tsp. of sugar
-half of a sandwich
*1 slice rye bread
*lettuce, sprouts, tomato, mustard
*1 tbsp. mayo
And last night I made the most awesome dinner. I had whole grain pasta with all-natural red sauce, mixed veggies, and boneless-skinless chicken breast. I DID have cherry pie and ice cream for dessert though. My tummy wasn't too happy with me for the ice cream, but it's all good. I feel better than ever, even though I am a beastly 130 lbs. still. I really want to start working out. But when do you find the time to stop living life and go work out, you know?
My new goal, besides continuing to eat healthy, is to work out for 1/2 hour every day. Starting tomorrow. :)
