i'm happy for you that you've been feeling so great. on the other hand, could it be a sign that something is causing your problems to affect you more? it could be your relationship, holiday stress, or something else. i found that once my problems were interfering with every aspect of my life i had to get help. :/
when i first got help it was when i was 16 (four years ago) and people found out that i'd been cutting and was suicidal. it was hard seeing my parents' reactions, and everything felt new and scary to me. but i ended up getting a psychologist and a psychiatrist. with my psychologist i felt like i had a friend to share things with, cause i'd never had a caring friend like that before. plus she wasn't shocked with anything i said or did cause she was trained. my psychiatrist put me on some medications that helped me from feeling too desperate and scared, so it was easier to work in therapy.
maybe go to your family doctor or call the mental health services in your area. they'd both have great resources and tell you where you could start to get help. i hope it works out okay for you! <3
