I will tell you about Tyler when I'm more able. She died this afternoon at the vet - she was scheduled for an ultrasound this afternoon to confirm what looked like a very misshapen liver on X-ray, and actually had a heart attack while we were waiting. We're waiting to hear back, but there's a good chance the University vet service won't take Tyler for her thyroid irradiation treatment because she's too vicious for them to handle, radioactive for ten days. If she gets really upset she'll spew radioactive piss all over them, for instance. And they have to have doctors AND staff willing to go ( Read more... )

The vet's office called back yesterday and suggested not feeding Tyler after midnight in case she's so 'problematic' that they have to anesthetize her to draw blood today.
