RANT.
My inability to muster up enough stregnth to get up and change the channel has left me here watching one of these transformation tv shows.... Yeah, I do regularly watch them and am looking for excuses.. NO IM NOT. FUCK. just listen ;) So the family is anxiously awaiting two sisters , also mothers, to come out and reveal their new selves and the camera makes its way around all the family members saying how excited they are. All untill the daughter of one of the women comes on and says "I hope my mom looks better so I'm not embarassed to be seen with her anymore." No tampering. I mean, how can any kid say this???? I am completely oblivious to any way of thinking that would allow some 11 year old girl to hope that her mom has changed enough so that she doesn't mind being in public with her.... Loving yourself is one thing, loving looks is another, but neither are logical coming out of a child's mouth. The only thing I can think of is a family member putting words into the kids life... ah peer pressure =) I think imma go buy a ladder.
