So on youtube, I've been watching a Xenoblade walkthrough, since Nintendo of America is like, "Haha, no import for you!"
So, before even watching the playthrough, I read the TV Tropes page for Xenoblade, which got me prepared for a couple of plot twists. Namely, that Alvis is the Monado. Because of this, I've been watching with my Slash Goggles on (mmmm, Alvis/Shulk also Alvis/Kallian and had the events of the game not been set i motion, Alvis/Melia. That would have been a pretty pairing too). However, I was struck by an Oh Alvis, No! moment at the end of video 65. Noooo, Alvis, Shulk & Co are fine. Let Meyneth awaken! Don't leave Kallian to be turned into goo!
(I have a sneaking suspicion that goo-ification is very close. Very, very close, especially if Meyneth's real body does start moving, because Zanza will likely retaliate with the same. Boo! Boo, no goo! I want to keep the eye candy!
Anyway, I am very interested to see how the rest of this pans out. Onward to more videos!
