Not too long ago.
Sort of around that time it was so hot and everyone was praying for rain
The vampire went out and to the sun and crispy fried herself. That’s right. Took a sun beating.
She was distracted over love as per her usual affliction , but I think she may have been trying to destroy herself. Vampires , even one such as she. Well they are silly too.
I saw him come back out of the dark woods.
I saw him come for her when she thought all was lost.
he was scratched from his head long rush away.
he was blinded
he was appaled to see his vampire in such a state, and his tiny tongue tested and licked at her raw flesh.
she growled and hissed.
I find my faith in love
Punishment for those who wait
Punishment for those who have faith in love
Not now
Not this time
This time when she told him he broke her heart he said,
“I really must do something about all of that”
This is not what I meant to be.
And he opened his heart and bled it out to her in tiny minutes,
Slower hours
They did not sleep in the cool nights
She would stay upon him, while he lay under her, talking and sighing onto his skin.
Rocking her ivory reason, back and forth on his little body.
And the vampire could not sleep on her back, so she slept on his
I find my faith in love
I had never heard a story so divine. My thoughts on love had become tarnished.
If her thoughts and diligence onto him could be noticed, I could now see it.
How could someone run so swiftly away from her for so long? Her siren calls, her bewitching eyes did not catch him. Though they caught me a time or two and I would sit spelled. She would not devour me, only ask me what I knew of him.
I told her my reactions to the flitting forest dark creatures, the predators with teeth as sharp as hers, but I did not have the answers.
I would not give up on love.
I bet you were wondering if I even could.
I watched him hum and laugh as his tiny fingers spread salve all over her burst and torn skin.
Little dark elves and vampires, how can this be?
I find my faith in love.
His eyes are that phosphorescent green and he shakes his head. He spoke of changing his hair back the color of the sun, so that she may look upon such an idea of the orb, without burning herself.
Why would you do that I heard her ask
And he replied with intensity unnatural to hear
Because you should only burn for me...
I do believe she has finally stained her teeth with his heart
I am happy for them both.
I know that the vampire will have to surrender
But this I have not seen shown through
I will be curious to see how such an elf
A dark little thing with glowing eyes could make this so.
I find my faith in love
I think it shall be so.
