OK, here goes:
The tag for posting images online (which you use for comment images) is (img src="http://www.host.com/imagename.extension") except change the ()s to < > s. For example,
(img src="http://www.parthenos.net/oi4/two1a.jpg") (with <>s instead) gives you
.
As for the URL, that's the actual internet address for the image, what you'd paste into the img src tag: in this case, http://www.parthenos.net/oi4/two1a.jpg. Just copy that address and paste it below your image without any <>s or anything surrounding it.
Just like this:
http://www.parthenos.net/oi4/two1a.jpg
