I haven't been a fan of this practice in the past, because I think if you are going to criticise someone (constructive or not), you should have the cojones to put a name to the comment. But this year I'm putting my name up because I feel like I'm in a vidding slump all the time, and if there is anyone out there who's been scared to slash my vidding habits to bits, here's your chance.

And you know what? Actual constructive criticism would be appreciated. It'd sting, but it would be appreciated. Otherwise the whole practice just turns into circular back-slapping.
