Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning are up for best kiss, so I'm not going to vote for that category until I see The Runaways.
In other news, today was my first day of class for the new term. I only had Japanese 103 today, and I'm one of the only girls in the class. The class is seemingly filled with rather... stereotypical "Otakus". Like, they're loud, gigglesnort a lot, still quote old 4Chan memes, mouth-breathe... Okay, I'm being too mean. I think I'm already making friends with one of the guys in the class. I'm very quick to judge people, but I do my best not to keep those judgments and remind myself "Gods, that's horrible! Don't judge so quickly, Carly!"
But still... I'm not gonna rush to get into a study group yet. Besides, this class is the third part in a series, so I'm like the new kid sorta. I haven't taken 101 or 102. There's one other newbie, but they haven't shown up yet.
The teacher? Oh my Gods, right at the start of the break she came up to me and offered TONS of support for getting me up to speed and told me what I should read in the text book. She seems super helpful. AND, she sometimes uses Pokémon plush toys to demonstrate stuff. Like today, she used a stuffed pig as a sensei and Pikachu as a student to explain appropriate situations for formal and informal and stuff, and the pig and Pikachu went to a bar, the pig went home, and Munchlax came in a chilled with Pikachu.

My friend is going to come with me to my classes on Wednesday and Thursday so she can see what community college is like. Her parents want her to transfer here because the little Lutheran college in Minnesota she's attending now isn't a good fit. I can't wait!
Especially 'cause on Wednesday I have my Understanding Comics Art class! YES! And on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have Tai Chi! Now I just hope I get into the Geography class I'm on the wait-list for on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I don't have to take a class on Fridays.
I have caught 101 kinds of Pokémon, according to my PokéDex! I still haven't beaten the Elite Four. I'm too under leveled.
