OMG and Gore
OMG the first - been making superduper headway on my dissertation; i'm up to 3,000 words in the space of 2 days, and with a bit more tweaking i'll have something to hand to my supervisor as "the FIRST HALF of that tonne of work I said i'd do!" while I frantically carry on. By monday I aim to have the same ammount written for the other one, Sunday's Tea Party allowing.
OMG the second - I totally kept reading about these awesome sounding cheesy gore movies from Japan in NEO and browsing Amazon just now the buggers are suprisingly cheap! >£5 apiece level cheapness!
So far on the mental shopping list is Tokyo Gore Police, Meatball Machine, Samurai Princess, Chanbara Beauty, X-Cross and something I discovered mid browse, Sick Nurses (ILU Japan). Although maybe i'll mix it up with something non-gory like Turtles are suprisingly fast swimmers or The Good, The Bad and The Weird. I am of course planning to do this shopping post-exams, and maybe while i'm at it I can watch that DVD of Flags of our Fathers/Letters from Iwo Jima that's been on my shelf for over a month now.
But still, :D
