As well- I think the last person who fussed over my grammar was Ingram. Yes... Um... I've already explained this to the police, but I'm an alethiometrist- I can use an alethiometer to find stuff out- it's a... truth measure, a symbol reader. It's useful, even if the city messes with it sometimes. And I'm apparently a witch, as well. Although I doubt that'll be relevant most of the time.
Neuro's a long story... Mr. Edgeworth, before I say anything about him, have you met him? What's your impression of him?
He seemed harmless for the most part, I've only had one conversation with him. Though I must say, his attitude stood out as someone far too airy for being involved in this place.
As for this... alethiometer... what is its rate of success? You have to understand that without evidence, even the truth can be distorted.
I'm sure you've already heard the name 'Carlyle' in your investigations about Mr Blitza. I'm tracing that name down, though it seems like a dead-end at first.
We will need to move quickly with our investigations. There is a rising mood of vigilantism in the City--I have spoken to one who wants retribution on her own terms.
[ooc: Caru is lazy: "EFI" = "Emerald Forest Investigation" >>;;]
Yes, I have. And I have noticed the rising mood myself-- I just hope that people are careful enough to not have it interfere with our investigation, or we'll never be able to find the evidence we need.
You say 'at first' about the name Carlyle, Lord Cain. What can you tell me about it?
If we take too long, they'll take matters into their own hands and we won't have suspects, let along evidence.
It's apparently not attached to anyone in the City, but there was a man calling himself 'Carlyle' who paid Blitza to build those contraptions. So where has he gone? More importantly, how did he know about the Emerald Forest?
[ooc; I think we can discuss it here, since I don't have much time to actually play it out. Could you give me the info he'd give Edgeworth when he asks? And could you also update me on his current situation? ]
[ What Edgey will conclude is that the only thing Blitza actually did wrong here, was his own job. xD He's not at all happy with what was told to him-- though he knows that the man isn't one to actually mean harm, his greed is just... troublesome. ;D
Also was the police report put up? I must have missed it. Damn college. ]
I did what any other person in my situation would've done. I took a stand against those who wanted to harm people. Your praise is unnecessary, yet appreciated, Mr. Edgeworth. If you require my assistance with anything else, I'm on call for both you and Mr. Hargreaves.
In regards to Mr. Blitza, it sounds like you have a better chance at gathering information than I do. After all, I'm still waiting on the police to officially allow me access to their files and force database. Finding a connection between the five poison incidents shouldn't be too difficult, however, finding the culprits behind them will be tricky.
If I can manage to scrape up anymore data, I'll be sure to relay it to the team immediately. Until then, I'll be keeping an eye on the Network, while I finish up on a few projects.

His name is Wocky Kitaki. Another defendant in one of my cases.

Thank you, Herr Edgeworth, for your concern - and for all of the help.
I'd rather see the information on the case, if you don't mind.
[ ooc: he's still out of it and grumpy sry :cccc ]

I thought this Neuro of yours was just an assistant.

Do you see where I'm leading with this?

( That's right... If it is leading to a dead end, but of course it'd be understood that someone would use a false name to avoid being traced. )

He's been given medical attention to heal the beating that they gave him AFTER he confessed (he will stress this fact).
Other than that, anything that is in the police report you can consider him having told Edgeworth (unless the police say otherwise)
