TO THE POLICE FORCE | URGENT
It has come to my notice that there is someone who has resorted to vigilantism in an effort to exercise a self-created attempt at justice within the City. I am of the understanding that this person is not of the Police Force, and has already murdered a being with no criminal background, or any ability to have been able to fight back at the time.
Unfortunately, the victim has only been able to provide limited details. The assailant apparently had wings, and carried a sword. After accusing the victim to be focusing too much on the profits he was making here, he attacked him.
I am in the process of running an Investigation Agency that I hope will assist you, and I have also worked as a Prosecutor in my world. I am hoping you will cooperate in investigating and apprehending this criminal, as there is the high chance of other innocent people being harmed. If any other information is required, Mr. Blitza will be the person to reach.
And if I may assist in any way, I'll be happy to offer my help with my agency.

I have attempted to filter this as best as possible to avoid action among citizens who would attempt to take matters into their own hands. However, a certain new arrival to the City has made it vital that this information is given to everyone as soon as possible.
I would like to draw your attention to Miss Dahlia Hawthorne, or as she possibly might have introduced herself, Melissa Foster. She is a known criminal who has been executed in our world for her actions, which have included and not been limited to manipulation, deception, murder and theft. She holds no mercy for anyone, and her acts of innocence are a lie. She feels for no one but herself and uses those who can, and I do not wish to create a panic by spreading this information to everyone else. However, should anyone be associating with her, they must be warned immediately.
She is not at full strength now, but if she associates with any of the questionable people here, I fear she may attempt to harm those not only linked to myself and Phoenix Wright, but others from your worlds. And her attempts, sadly, have been mostly successful in our world.
She is most fond of methods of murder involving poisoning, but she will do whatever she can to gain the upper hand. Please be careful and do not trust her, under any circumstances.
Please use your best judgment and stay away from her at all costs. Maya, this especially goes for you.

...Hm. The location is fine. Quite large, enough for Mr. Gavin and I to have proper offices. There's quite a lot to do for the Investigations Agency. We'll have to look at furnishings and equipment and providing the Police Force with affiliation and aid, as well as assistants for field work.
This is all quite draining. But if it must be done, it shall be. ( I for one, have quite had it with the lack of justice maintained here. )
If anyone is interested in providing their services as detectives and assistants, please contact me and based on response, I shall hire those who I feel will be suitable for the job.
