ok so on thursday i had to go downtown to fight a traffic ticket. i took the camera with me on the train and took a couple shots from the platform before i was told that i needed a permit to do that. (i had the camera in a nondescript, highly secure case.) i lost the ticket because the cop said that i'd blocked traffic, when he was the only traffic and he was trying to make right on red so he definitely didn't have right of way. anyway it cost a bit, then i took the train home and walked from the station to my house, a solid forty-five minutes through quiet streets.
at night we went to a play in coconut grove ("Lost in Yonkers") and i found this bird.
this is the playhouse.
this is the alley.
merry christmas! i think i'm gonna be sick...
