yay
I had an awesome 24-hour-long date* this weekend with someone who made me guacamole and quesadillas with made-from-scratch corn tortillas for breakfast, along with leftover ceviche and salsa verde - yeah, those were made from scratch too. All in all, an excellent guy, and it's reassuring to find a, er, well ["kindred soul" is the only term that really comes to mind, and I guess I'll just deal with the little bit of vomit I retch up when I say that] yes, kindred soul in this area. Though it would be nice if the area was Bloomington-Normal and not, you know, Peoria. I got to be a lot less lonely this weekend, and that, if nothing else, was of great value.
