So everyone knows what im talking about here's a little update on my life thus far...
1. I hate my computer. - Well actually thats not true, I hate our main computer which happens to control all the rest of them. My dad tried to be clever and connect us to broadband and wireless networking and it just hasn't work, and this main one keeps crashing, not to mention I have to share with 3 other people, as a result I have pretty much been going without for a month or so. Grrrr
2. My holiday to the UK/Europe is a definate GO!!! Whooo!!! Leaving date is August 2, Europe Contiki Tour booked, 4 months after that I currently have no idea and then a return date of 7 Feb 2008 and I am seriously considering attending Pegasus 3 but im still not quite sure. Anyone else going? You think I should? You all gonna be nice to a lost little Aussie, keep me company? *puppy eyes*
3. As of today I am a member of the Women's C Grade Cricket Premiers of the 06/07 season. SOOOOO very excited! Got a little nerve wracking at a few points there, but we played really well. I played a really good game myself. Very proud of my efforts. 24 runs off 20 balls right at the end of the innings to set the team up for a 150. We then came through with the goods. I was best bowler (which is a surprise) with 4/18 off 4 overs :) YAY! and 2/3 of them were great wickets if i say so myself, important batters to get out. Oh and all bowled or caught and bowled too. What a gun (and modest too) So yeah go us, Go Stingrays!
4. Ooooh the World Police and Fire Games have been on the last week or so in my home town of Adelaide and let me just say WOW! I am lucky to work in the same building as the info center right at the beach front of one of the biggest tour centers in Adelaide. Hot fireies OMG! And the accents!!! I giggled when the Scots came in, and was talking to a nice Canadian and a nice New Zealand guy too. OH man and then there was the HOT Sweedish blond stud *drools* And then the beach vollyball comp started right outside. *dies*
5. On the topic of near nude guys, I have a new thing going at the moment, called Nude Monday. Pretty much, the art class that I am in at uni decided they were gonna bring in a nude male model for us to sculpt... what an interesting experience... to say the least. He kinda freaked everyone out. He seemed just a little too keen and kinda didnt mind showing some of the others his portfolo of nude pics, not to mention walking around afterwards talking to people without his robe... :S Needless to say we are seeking other alternatives. Ah you have to laugh I guess.
