BRRR!
Man is it cold! A guy at work said we were going to get another snow, but I didn’t want to believe him. I’m tired of this cold weather.
I’m sitting in the computer lab typing this. I would rather be sitting at home doing this. It’s kind of inconvenient to have to come to school for stuff like this. I also don’t really have the schedule to do my work at school. My homework time is like two in the morning. Sounds crazy but that’s my only “free” time. I have classes during the day and work in the evenings.
I have never really watched much television since I moved out; but lately I have found shows I really get into. I have two VCR’s to record my shows. It took me forever to get them set up. I don’t know if it’s just my TV’s or what. They said to hook them up to an RF modulator; but they didn’t work. I played around with them and it ended up that all I had to do was run a cable cord from the TV. to the VCR.
We had a really bad night at work last Thursday. I’m hoping tonight will not be a repeat. I hate it when things get crazy at work. The whole night goes down the drain. Thursdays are usually the best because that’s when our GM runs the shift. There aren’t too many employees that really like him, but they just do their job and everything goes well. I don’t really have a problem with him. He does make me mad sometimes, though. He’s a dominant person that thinks he’s always right. It causes tension. I always make sure I’ve got my facts straight before I try to prove someone wrong. He’s the type that if you prove him wrong he still insists he’s right. Oh well, people are like that. I guess I’d better get my stuff printed for class and head over there.
