"Pick you up at 8?"
Is it appropriate to call something a date if the other person is not quite aware that it is date? I mean, people do that all time, right? At least, that's what Alex told me. (Sometimes, I really love gay friends; even if he's straight-gay, he still gives good gay advice. Love 'im, love 'im, love 'im.) The point is, I am going on a "date" with a boy. Which is something that has never happened before. Now, granted, we're going to go see the Winnie the Pooh movie, but I never grew up in that respect and he's an animation major, so yay!
Still, I'm sure he thinks we're going as friends. Although, he was the one who brought up the fact that we never hang out alone.... *facepalm* I am thinking way too hard about this.
