The total list of schools was a whopping 3: Clemson, Bowling Green, and Ohio State
Ida done more but at $100 a shot, it was a bit outta my range.
My Writing Sample (coming in at a hefty 19 pages) was "The Garden of Good and Evil: Discourses of space in Columbus city parks"
If I get somethin in March, it's good
If I get nothin til April, it's either Cedarville for a teaching gig or back to California (rejections go out in April--no wonder it's the cruelest month)
Saw the Vegas photos kids--looks like a swingin time. Titus and Ariel, I miss you my Scandinavin mafia brothers. I spent it at home with my wife, baby, and a bottle of champagne--not bad, all in all. Hope everyone is holding up okay. I'm off to go tackle the next gargantuan task.
Oh, and Becca, don't let the bastards get you down at school. You'll only find a few that'll make teaching worthwhile. Cherish them and don't sweat the others. Trust me on this one okay?
