Rock Band, Indie Tracks Festival...And A Smiling Poodle.
I played Rock Band today. I am in love. It was seriously the most fun ever. I was on bass, baby! I really wish it wasn't so expensive! My good friend Marcus Jordan splashed out in what can only have been a moment of madness and I am so, so grateful! Having said this, I seriously think I'm going to end up buying it before the week is out. £150 though? D:
Speaking of bands...
Yay! I think we're definitely going to the Indie Tracks festival in July. They have a disco ON A STEAM TRAIN! There are lots of bands I haven't heard of (except The Wedding Present OMG!!!), but I'll give them a listen online, it's all the kind of music that I like anyway :D. Twee Indie Pop FTW! The festival even has an LJ over at indietracks, so bonus points for that! It's also taking place in Derbyshire, so hardly any travelling for me = win.
