Let me count the ways in which I think this photo is fake. Seriously, it's slightly beyond me as to why people are even entertaining the idea that it's real haha XD but each to their own. And I can't believe I have to say this again, but genuinely, this is not a jealousy thing. I would SO not tap that. I don't like him touching me. ONWARDS.

1. there is no data attached to the picture at all. 99.9% of all photos have data attached, even if it's slightly hidden. This picture has none.
2. it's taken in SUPER low quality. Stalkers have proper cameras; I can only assume this was taken on a camera phone, and even then, a really OLD camera phone. 
3. no one is taking credit for it. Even for the most MUNDANE crappy pictures, stalkers tag the SHIT out of their photos, and take all the credit. This is pure GOLD, there is no way a stalker would anonymously leak that. 
4. if it's staged, a la Tom and Chantelle, Jost (or someone else by instruction of Jost) would have taken the photo. If this was the case there is no way fandom would have hold of it before the media did; which leads me to my next point
5. the media are covering the story, but funnily enough, they aren't allowed to show the picture. Want to know why? They legally can not use a photo without express permission of the photographer, so it isn't a Jost pic. They also can't legally use a picture which has been photoshopped without a disclaimer. Derp.
6. if it was taken in LA as the tag on it suggests, why is he wearing a hat and scarf? It's WARM there right now. Also, LOL LA.
7. if it was taken in Europe, how is this the first we've heard of it? If the twins were in Europe, surely we'd know about it. Stalkers would be on high alert. Also, totally not enough clothes for a European winter.
8. why is there just this one photo? Surely if it were real, there would be at least 5 simultaneous ones. 
9. the original file is in .png and ummmmm cameras don't take photos in .png format 

Why I think it's photoshopped

1. the light line on his hat is harsh, while the light line around her is softer
2. (I'm so sure I've seen this photo of him before, it's a candid from before/after a concert during Humanoid City)
3. her shoulder isn't lifted, which judging by how she's holding him, it should be.
4. we can't see her arm under their chins. Look at the photo again. Where in the hell is her arm?
5. her hand is upside down on his neck. Derp.
6. you can actually see where they've used the blur tool on the side of her hand around his neck.
7. his skin tone is way darker than it should be in daylight. This looks like a photo taken of him at night, photoshopped into a daylight scene. He's either the same shade, or one shade darker than me, and he looks positively tan there.
8. she's in a softer focus, and a slightly different lighting than Bill.

Basically I call so much bullshit on this picture, I really really do. I think the best thing we can do right now is to photoshop some lyrics from Phantomrider on to it and bandy it around tumblr like one of those inspirational love-quote-pictures.
