(no subject)
Im a bit slack at updating at the moment...basically the short version is i stayed in Florida for about a week, i got a job the 2nd day i was there and started working straight away. i met bronya from my last boat and went out most night with her. we went to hooters the first night there and then all the dodgy crew bars. we had a great time meeting loads of american boys. everyone was interested in us so we made loads of new friends. for about 5 mins then they all ran away from us. maybe we were a bit full on or maybe they didnt understand our accents. who knows. we didnt really care much either way.
after a week i left america with the boat and came to the bahamas. when we arrived we had the night off so i dragged 2 of the guys i work with out with my buddies i met when i was on holiday here. we had a great night and got home at like 3am ready to start work at 9! and ever since then we have had the owner and his guests onboard. we are heading to harbour island which is one of the 700 islands in the bahamas right now. they say its really nice but i think i wont get to see anything as ill be working inside the whole time we are here.
while this job is great for travelling, they say all ports look the same from the porthole. id have to say they are right. but thats all good im sure ill have time later to explore new places. i think after this we are heading to st martaan in the caribbean which is notorious for crew parties and cheap beers. my crew are quite the party crew so i cant wait to go out and have fun!!
