I've found this while preparing for my Japanese Studies exams. I think, it is included in lyrical anthologies Hosshinshû or Hôjôki. (I'm quoting indirectly here, as this was in one of my research books, but I forgot which one exactly.) In any case, I really like how it sounds in Japanese and the actual content of the songs, too.
