Well, it was amusing and lovely this year. We slept in nicely, and had some time to talk and be cute, much to the annoyment of the felines, who wanted their yearly can and new toys. Well, the tree is down, the garland all off the windows, all the many bits and bobs that we use to make the house all pretty and sparkly and holiday-ee (yeah, so very not a word, but it worked for the situation) are all down. Let's see... last night ended a bit crappily. The upstairs jerks were drunk and kept their music loud until almost after 1am, and the bass on it would have kept us up all freaking night-- yes, it was that loud.
