Happy Independence Day!
Just another wonderful day here. I hope each of you find something fun to do today. Whether it be going to the carnival, or seeing the fireworks, or just having a nice BBQ with friends. I'll be fortunate that I get to sleep away most of today, cause I'll have to work again tonight. But before I go into work, I was thinking of hauling Roger and myself down here to where I work. From the employee parking deck we should have a fairly good view of the fireworks. Then I'll have to quickly get him back home, so that I can make my way back to work, for work purposes.
The computer was acting up the day before, so I had roger do a check. Apparently there were several trojans hidden in it. So they have been dealt with, and I have yet to really see if that helped any.
Nothing much new to report around. We are planning a saturday night dinner with Justin AKAreevis5 and Brian. Roger is home until monday, and of course I'm having to work. And when I have my "day" off next week, he'll be working. Go figure. On a positive note, we had a wonderful dinner tonight at a place called of all things, "Sushi PoPo". They seem to specialize in both Japanese and Chinese food. I opted for the twice cooked pork. It tasted good, but I was highly disappointed that it wasn't spicy. Despite the menu saying it was. Roger had Black Pepper Beef, which was really good, and had a strong kick to it than my own dish. The ironic thing, was that it was not marked as spicy on their menu. Go figure. So the next time we go there, I already know what I'm ordering. And the price wasn't too bad either. Which is always a good thing.
