Post Illness.
Well as some of you know through Roger's journal I have not been feeling well. Sunday night I came home from work with a 101.9 temp. Took 2 tylenol PM's and woke up at about 5am soaked with sweat. Fever broke and I went back to sleep. Woke up again as Roger was leaving for work and fell back asleep. 8am the fever started up once again and kept getting worse and worse. By 5pm my temp was up to 103.5. I scrounged up 1 lone tylenol and felt the need to go to the ER. Couldn't do it in that condition, so I kept trying to call roger. Apparently he'd left his phone at home, and my addle brain forgot he had to go get his bus pass for the next 6 months. By the time he came home, my temp had lowered to 101.9 and wasn't nearly as in need to be in the ER. But it was another day to call off of work. Fortunately I had tuesday already as my day off, so I got the bonus third day in a row off to recoup, and did I ever need it. So tonight I'm here, and things are boring. I didn't know at first what was causing the fevers, but now I know it's acute cellulitis of the right lower leg. It hurts to touch it, it burns to the touch, and it's red, but it looks like it is starting to heal up. That's about all I can say about my bout of illness.

On the WoW scene, I was accepted as a probationary member of the Sun Clan. I have yet to really set up ventrilo, as I was hoping to wait until I had the new system ready. I'm hesitant to do it with the current system. It is already being overly taxed as is. I'd be afraid to put on any mod at this point. But I'm really looking forward to getting to raid with them. I'll have to see about running some easy instances, so build up my intra-party skills. As a solo player, I never had to learn how to do certain roles within a group dynamic. So it should be a fun learning experience. I myself can't wait to take on Naxxramus. *thumbs up*
Well that's pretty much it for now. I have something like 12 days in a row to work till my next day off. Oh before I forget, Roger and I are planning a trip to Midwest Bearfest this year. So hope to see some of you there. :) Till then take care my friends.
