So one day you wake up and realize you're teetering on the brink of 52-years-old and you weigh in at roughly two-and-a-half times your ideal weight. Wanting to see my granddaughter grow up - not to mention dreaming of fitting into last year's capris - I've started on a diet and excercise plan with the help of a website called myfitnesspal.com. Two weeks in, and so far, so good. I'll keep you posted.
