WIP Socks x 2
Here's what I've been knitting the past month.....
These are a going away present for Tom P. who is going to Africa to become some kind of wildlife guru. He requested really thick, fat, multicoloured socks. I opted for Noro Silk Garden as it was multicoloured but not crazy zany OMG over-the-top and still really natural looking. Also, 45% silk ftw right?
Progress on the second sock is sloooow:
These babies are knit from the same yarn as the beret, as the observant amongst you might have noticed. It's probably impossible to tell but they have a neat spiral going all the way down them, I'll link to the Knitty pattern when I've finished them. I love this colourway, wish I had more of the yarn ;__;
