My gpa after academic classes is a 3.65! Who'd a thunk it? I owe my wonderful grades this trimester to Jeff. If it wasnt for him pushing me I would never have done so well. I received an A in english! Thank god academics are over. I go back to labs this tuesday. My next classes will be Skills of Meatcutting (cant wait), Principals of Bev Service (Mixology), Nutrition, Fund Foodservice Production and Purchasing & Product Ident. I know all of these probably sound really boring to the rest of you, but I think Nutrition will be my favorite out of these, although it depends on who my teacher is.
