I am going to the doctor and must fill out an "Ethnic Category Data Collection" sheet. Again, this is not strange to me, but the categories are. For example:
Category 3: Asian or Asian British
Please check one: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Any Other Asian Background.
Category 5: Other Ethnic Group.
Please check one: Chinese, Any Other Ethnic Group.
