WOW..I'm in NM
So i've been in NM for about a week and a half and it's felt like a month. I'm not saying i dont like it here, but i've done so much at work and yet time has seem to go a lot slower, all at the same time. (if that makes any sense). I even fought with my boss today..haha. We were arguing about the evacuation plan and man--we are both hardheaded..haha, I dont think we even finished discussing it today. We'll finish it sometime this week :-D
My apartment is really nice (it's stuck in the 70s but hey..it's free :-D, 2 bedroom-2 bath, my roommate comes in next week. My bosses are treating me like a princess. They've taken me out drinking, to lunch, bought me some Isotopes gear, they even open doors for me all the time. The front office is really cool. I'm the only intern right now, most of them start the first week of February.
Went to see a UNM Lobos game vs. Airforce on saturday with the guys. Great seats, didnt have the UD atmosphere though, especially in the student section and definitely the Pepband was nothing, compared to ours. That's why we're the best damn pepband in the Land!!! (and we like to drink beer) ;-) I kept making fun of them.
