Plan for today, or how to leave the bed afore noon

Put coffee on.
Have quick shower.
Drink coffee/eat b'fast.
Do that personal care thing.
Add more dye to hair if I feel like giving myself a boost.*
Do some tidying/decluttering/admin... 20 minutes timer.
Wash up small pile of dishes.
Make lunch from the small bits of food I've got hanging around.
Do some tidying/decluttering/admin... 20 minutes timer.*
Write shopping list.
Go to weigh-in via Camden Town gym.
Do big shop in Camden Town.

*Optional, do not feel guilty if I don't do.
