Today was mostly spent in Regent's Park

The lovely self_etcetera came down to visit for the afternoon. We walked to Regent's Park. There was lying down and looking at the sky/trees. There was chatting. There was treating me to lunch! There was climbing Primrose Hill and viewing the marvellous London cityscape. There was walking along the Regent's Canal back to King's Cross. All in all there was 6 miles of walking, yay!

It was great to spend time with self_etcetera, I haven't spent quality time with her for ages. Friends are good :D
