I'm happily on
pilot_moondog's machine in his 19th floor flat. Great views of the city, which I am looking forward to seeing in the light of tomorrow. Ha! Me looking forward to tomorrow! We went out for a nice meal at one of the bell phoori houses in Drummond Street (Chutney's to be precise).
Bad stuff: when trying to use his Internet with an ethernet cable I was asked for a whole load of things:
Network Name:
EAP method:
Phase2 type:
Identity:
Password:
Anonymous identity:
Client Certificate File:
CA Certificate File:
Private Key File:
Private Key Password:
and
pilot_moondog does not know how to get the information. He hasn't got the password, which sounds to me like it's crucial information.
WTFF? Arghlysticks. Halp? I am running Ubuntu, and his system doesn't seem to like that :-(
Good stuff:
pilot_moondog can put up with me being uncommunicative, indecisive and generally pants
There is a washing-up mountain to do tomorrow.
There is a beautiful park to walk in.
I am warm, dry, well-fed.
I have Rita, my travel-sized bear to cuddle.
I can make my needs known.
I'm e-lonely, want to comment and say 'hi'? xxx
