Dahl with rice
Chilli chickpeas with rice
GF Pasta with Nye-made tomato sauce and TVP
Wheat pasta with sauce and no farty food
TVP cottage pie
Marinated tofu with onions and rice
Some other tofu dish
Nye-made peas pudding (there will be *many* farts)
Omelettes
Baked potato with stuff (tinned fish, cheddar, beans, whatever)
Soup! There is always soup.
Buy:
Small pack of onions (large bag will go off), baking potatoes, other potatoes, bag of carrots, cabbage
Apples, clementines/satsumas
Eggs, sliced cheddar, cottage cheese, VLF yoghurt or soya yoghurt, 255g quark, 2 x 175g pots Mullerlight Lemon & Passionfruit yoghurt or similar, rollmop herrings
Tinned fish, chopped tinned tomatoes.
Gelatine, 298g tin mandarins, golden crunch biscuits

I will be making lemmon & passionfruit diet cheesecake, need to have treats despite economising and dieting!
