I had a good night with painted_bird. We went to a cheap vegan all you can eat restaurant, followed by Scrabble and drinks at the Dev, my local goth pub. It was 252/202 to me :-)
It wasn't my highest-scoring word, but I liked coming up with 'lubed'. Mm.
I think I'll be able to get into this socialising lark.
The removals van comes at 12 noon tomorrow. I probably won't have much net access, much as I'd like it. BT say my broadband will probably come on at 22.00; I may spend some time in an Internet café.
